Shannon Miller is the epitome of what "professional" means. While we were acquaintances in high school, I didn't know her (as an adult) as well as another friend in the industry. What initially sold me on using Shannon was her presence on social media and her work in the community. I knew instantly she was a dedicated realtor and would do everything to find us the house of our dreams. Then upon reaching out to her, my pull to work with her was only reinforced by her excellent communication. She was so present and so available to us any time we needed her.

We found ourselves in a very lengthy (contingent) escrow that was delayed due to the sale of our former home. The sellers of our new home were anxious and, frankly, tired of waiting. It was only due to Shannon's communication with the sellers and her reassurance that we were committed buyers that we didn't lose our now home. She kept us in the game. She even went as far as writing a personal letter to the sellers on our behalf, which meant so much.

Having known Shannon as a teen, it might have been easy for her to offer us a little less attention...but I can assure you she treated my fiancé and I with the same level of professionalism that she would anyone! And a big bonus, she connected us to our wonderful lender, whom we also love!

Our experience with Shannon was top notch. Not only is she a knowledgeable and skilled real estate agent, she's a wonderful human being! Customer service is not what it used to be anymore, but Shannon lives by fundamental and solid values that anyone can trust and rely on. Once an old childhood acquaintance is now a cherished friend. I would recommend her over anyone out there for your real estate needs! We can't ever thank her enough!
